How it works?

In the business for almost 30 years, Mother Daughter duo, Amy & Alle, have found their passion creating signature dishes weekly for their Casserole2Go business. One fresh feature dish as well as chicken salad, pimento cheese, and other specialty items are available weekly for pick up at various locations. Freezer items from past weeks are always available for sale at a first come first serve basis.

Each week we send an email out on Monday explaining what’s cooking that week. You can either order through our website, if you’d like to pay credit card, or you can send us an email (alle@luv2cookcasseroles.com) with your order and then pay with exact cash or check at pick up. If you’d like to pick up at Watkins Sydnor- you must email info@watkinssydnor.com and pay them directly at pick up.

We also have a fully stocked freezer at The Feathered Nest. Located at 1738 Battleground Ave, they are open Monday- Saturday from 10am-5pm. You can also find us most Saturdays at the Corner Famers Market!

This Week.

Santa Fe Chicken & Black Bean Corn Salsa

This week’s entree and salsa will be ready for pick up Wednesday. We will have chicken salad and pimento cheese ready on THURSDAY.

A perfect vibrant dish for the summer, marinated grilled chicken tenders topped with cheddar & pepper jack, smothered in black bean corn salsa. Our fresh salsa is made with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, peppers, onion, green chilis, jalapeno, cilantro, lime vinaigrette, it’s a perfect to dip or top on chicken, fish, or just indulge by itself!

We will be at the Corner Market this Saturday.

    • Fresh Items: Wednesday after 2:30pm- Friday

  • Our Kitchen (at Aubrey Home):

    • Fresh Items: Wednesday: 11-1pm, Thursday: 9:30-11:30am

  • Watkins Sydnor:

    • Wednesday (after 2pm)-Saturday 10am-5pm

  • The Corner Market:

    • Saturday 8am-12pm

  • Feathered Nest

    • Frozen Items only, no need to order, pay them directly. Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm
