How it works?

In the business for almost 30 years, Mother Daughter duo, Amy & Alle, have found their passion creating signature dishes weekly for their Casserole2Go business. One fresh feature dish as well as chicken salad, pimento cheese, and other specialty items are available weekly for pick up at various locations. Freezer items from past weeks are always available for sale at a first come first serve.

Each week we send an email out on Sunday explaining what’s cooking that week. You can either order through our website, if you’d like to pay credit card, or you can send us an email (alle@luv2cookcasseroles.com) with your order and then pay with exact cash or check at pick up. If you’d like to pick up at Watkins Sydnor- you must email info@watkinssydnor.com and pay them directly at pick up.

This Week.

Italian Baked Penne

A take on classic baked ziti but we use penne pasta and add our own twist. Made with our homemade marinara, slow cooked meatballs, we add sauteed mushrooms, peppers & onions, fresh spinach and top with a variety of Italian cheeses.

For those lovers of soups year-round, we made a batch of Brunswick Stew last week! If you are having a hankering, it is available for pick up at all locations!

We will have Chicken salad and Pimento Cheese availlable Thursday after 1pm.

We will also have our Sweet Potato Biscuits available at the corner farmers market this week!

  • Corner Farmers Market: Saturday 8am-12pm

  • Watkins Sydnor: Wednesday (after 3pm)-Saturday (please email them separately)

Santa Fe Chicken: Sliced marinated grilled chicken topped with cheddar and pepper jack and smothered with our fresh black bean corn salsa

Sausage Hashbrown Casserole: Ultimate breakfast casserole filled with crumbled Neese’s sausage, shredded hashbrowns, peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese

Black Bean Corn Salsa: black beans, white corn, fresh tomatoes, green chilis, diced peppers, onions, & cilantro, in a lime vinaigrette.

Greek Chicken Puttanesca: Our marinated grilled chicken tenders slow cooked in a cherry tomato, kalamata olive, and caper sauce topped with feta cheese

Parmesan Spinach Orzo: Orzo soaked in chicken broth with parmesan and spinach.

Baked Spaghetti: Thin spaghetti layered in homemade marinara, Italian seasoned ground beef, diced pepperoni, and a variety of cheeses

Hot Chicken Salad: Classic southern favorite filled with slow cooked shredded chicken, rice, celery, onions, water chestnuts, and cheddar cheese in a creamy sauce with a dash of lemon.

Good Luck Soup: Slow cooked southern collards, black-eyed peas, turkey sausage, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, and onions, in a rich seasoned broth.

Brunswick Stew: Filled with seasoned shredded chicken, pulled pork barbecue, lima beans, corn, diced tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, onions, and celery, in a seasoned broth
